Cancellation Policy
To respect my time and the time of all of my clients, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Unfortunately, due to several recent same-day cancellations, I’ve had to put this policy in place. Same-day cancellations make it very difficult to fill the appointment time with another client.
